Mushroom Stroganoff part 2! After cutting a mountain of mushrooms and onions and getting that into a pan...it was time for sauce and noodles! Robert tried not to show his apprehension when I told him I wanted to cook this dish, but he’s a good sport and didn’t say anything. And In the end, he said it was “delicious” and went back for a 2nd helping. Said it reminded him of the casseroles of his youth. Next time I’ll try a mix of mushrooms rather than just cremini’s. I managed to not burn the kitchen down or ruin the meal with my slim kitchen talents (that’s Allison’s department - she’s the real cook of the group, but she HATES mushrooms, so this would’ve been her nightmare).
